L’Estagnol : Une histoire de Famille
Once upon a time, there was a family of cooks-restaurateurs, born on the Mediterranean coast, in the charming fishing village of Gruissan.
One day, in 2009, during a trip along the Via Domitia, we fell under the spell of the Alpilles and decided to build our new Estagnol (small pond in Occitan) in Saint-Rémy de Provence!
In the courtyard (circulade of the village), in the shade of the plane trees, or between the stone walls of this beautiful village, come and savour a generous cuisine, made from fresh and seasonal products.
